Do I need to register?

No, we can take orders without you registering, not a problem.
However if you do register your next visit will be quicker because your details will be saved.

 

How long before my order arrives?

This depends on where you are along with the value and weight of your order.
For normal post code locations in the UK (excluding HI and CI) within 3 working days of ordering whatever the value and weight.
Please add an extra day or so for harder to reach locations such as the Highlands and Islands and Channel Islands.
We ship all orders on the day if cleared before 3pm.

 

How do I leave a product review?

We usually send out an automatic e-mail [5] days after your purchase, inviting you to leave a review. However, if you didn't receive the e-mail or wish to leave a review earlier, you can simply go to product page, click "write a review" and fill in the form.

 

How do I leave a site / service review?

Simply go to our feedback page and click "write a review". Alternatively, you can leave a review on our facebook page and it'll show up on the site!

 

What happens if I don't receive my order?

Please call or email us as soon as possible, all our orders are shipped with reputable couriers and tracking, in most instances you will receive up to date tracking by email or phone so you won't need us but if you do we will advise quickly and accurately and find a resolution.

 

What happens if my order arrives damaged or with missing parts?

Please contact us on Free Phone 0800 9179853 or by using the email form and we will advise a resolution once we have all the information.
We may ask for images of the damage.
